If you HAVE current support through your CAT Software Vendor and you have a problem you should call them directly as we do not want to charge you for support that you can receive for free through the vendor directly. We always recommend that you keep your support current so you can take advantage of the technical support and free updates.  If you do not have support and are having a problem, you can submit a trouble ticket to us by clicking the "Support Options" link at the left of your screen, or try to browse through our Knowledge Base.  If you submit a ticket, we will review your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.  Remember that you will be charged for most in-depth out of support issues.
