The recent power outages have caused a slight delay in our shipment cycles, so please be patient with us while we work as hard as we can to get back on schedule.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we have been told there are repair crews working around the clock to correct the problems in our area.

We will be checking our support ticket system throughout the day, so if you have an emergency you may feel free to submit a ticket on our website and we will do the best we can to address your issue there. Once power has been restored we will resume normal operations, including returning voice mails and emails in the order we received them.
